PREFACE:

HIPRO COMPOSITES is a manufacturing company which is specialized in the field of COMPOSITE construction for many different applications and fields.

COMPANY OPERATION:

HIPRO COMPOSITES is a independently privat operated company, born in Switzerland - Europe and now with a base as a part of the whole in PALM BEACH Florida. Some of our components are manufactured in Europe and many in the USA. Most raw materials are purchased all over the world as well within the US. All end products are made strictly within HIPRO COMPOSITES and aren't based on other similar manufacturers. What we're selling is produced by us. Therefore we can warrant for all our products and we will stand behind for a unlimited period of time.

EXPERIENCES:

Starting in the late 1970's we have worked throughout many different fields such as RACING (automobile + motorcycle), STREET applications, into the INDUSTRY sectors and moved us as well into the AVIATION scene.

COMPANY GOAL:

Our goal is to establish new generation products based on our experiences from the past and the knowledge from the present. Combining this two science have given us the opportunity to manufacture technology with the most modern available components and the direct result is an outstanding workmanship and practically indestructible products with a gorgeous look and perfect fit for countless sources.

MANUFACTURING PROCESS:

Depending on use, cost budget and mission we have established different procedures for manufacturing processes and materials. Starting with drawings, aerodynamic- and static engineering over to market analyses and design and up to  the creation of molds and manufacturing of the final item either by a wet layout or pressure pack procedure (vacuum) up to an autoclave and finally combining all three procedures for the creation of one object. HIPRO COMPOSITES has the knowledge and experience in all of these fields and is moving further into inventing manufacturing procedures in the field of COMPOSITE construction.

HIPRO COMPOSITES uses all the well known and modern materials such as  GRAPHITE (CARBON FIBER), KEVLAR and HYBRID, a mixed fabric usually 50:50 GRAPHITE and KEVLAR combined. And as a final result HIPRO COMPOSITES is using it's own fabric combination, called HCF (HIPRO-Combined-Fabrics).
